Shopping hours at the Caesar's Palace Forum Shops are quite generous. You'll be able to shop much later here than at a typical mall. Sundays through Thursdays, the Forum Shops open at 10 am and don't close until 11 pm. On Fridays and Saturdays, the Forum Shops' opening time is at 10 am and closing time isn't until midnight!
