Golfland's Year-Round activities

If you’re planning a family vacation to the southwest, don’t miss Golfland/Sunsplash, Mesa, AZ. With so many activities all in one location, this entertainment park has something for all members of the family. You’ll have so much fun you’ll be tempted to postpone any plans to go home!

What fun can you have at Mesa's Golfland Sunsplash? Here's a list of the park's activities which are open 12 months a year:

Miniature Golf: The Mini Golf section of the park offers three miniature golf courses, each with 18 holes, giving golfers fun challenges. The King Arthur’s Quest course dares you to find the King’s chalice, or search the Princess Path for damsels and knights, discover the hidden gold in the Lost Dutchman course. Winner of the “Best of Phoenix” award, the courses won will be your first choice for great miniature golfing.

King Ben’s Castle and Arcade: Designed to look like an authentic castle, Golfland/Sunsplash, Mesa, AZ houses one of the most exciting and diverse family fun centers in Arizona. There are more than 200 video games for all age levels.  Video game winners can earn tickets to use for more games, letting them play for hours. Adults and kids will have a blast in the laser tag section, located in the upper level of the castle. While there try one of the many thrilling driving games. Music lovers can try out the Beatmania or DDR games.

Fastcar Raceway: For speed car lovers, the Fastcar Raceway is the place to go to race against friends and family on the exciting and windy racetrack, located directly across from King Ben’s Castle. Racers 58 inches or more in height get their own racecar and younger racers may ride with a partner at least 16 years old.

Bumper Boat Lagoon: On a hot day, nothing beats the lagoon bumper boats. Water mines and water volcanoes will keep boaters cool and thrilled while they see who can bump the most boats. 

Lazer Knights – Laser Tag Arena:  Laser tag is a lot like paintball, but without all the mess. The laser tag area features state of the art equipment and lets players experience the thrill of this competitive and exciting arcade game. 

Putt’s Playland: For the younger members of the family who are less than 48 inches tall, Putt’s Playland has a huge and fun play area. Lots of climbing and slides take kids up and down all three levels. Thrill to the zip line or try one of the twisting or coasting slides all the way to the bottom. 

Pizza Shoppe: All that excitement from bumping, golfing, tagging and climbing will work up an appetite, so the next stop is the Pizza Shoppe to grab a delicious lunch. Pizzas, nachos, pretzels, sub Sandwiches, Icees and soft drinks will refuel tanks sending you out to enjoy more of the amusement park.




Sunsplash water park & slides

The Water park portion of Golfland/Sunsplash, Mesa, AZ is the place to go for keeping cool and having loads of fun. Swimmers of all ages can ride a tube uphill, slide or fly down thrilling drops. Younger kids have safe and fun places to splash and play. 

Thunder Falls: This new attraction lets swimmers over 48 inches tall thrill to a seven-story slide, with three drops designed to take your breath away! Riders fit into one large sliding raft and share the excitement as they slip and slide to the bottom of the pool.

Sidewinder: Half-pipe lovers over 48 inches tall, who can’t get enough of the five-story G-force of Sidewinder, will want to ride again and again. The vertical drop zooms riders into a curved wall, where they ride gravity up and back down. Visitors to the Golfland/Sunsplash, Mesa, AZ leave raving about the half pipe water ride, and counting the days until they return.

Splash Water Harbor Slides: The Hurricane, The Cyclone, The Black Hole and The Tornado slides are classics for swimmers over 42 inches tall. Singles can ride alone or double tubes are available to make the ride even more fun.

Toddler Tadpole Pool: Kids seven and under can play with their parents in the Tadpole Pool. There are two soft slides to choose from and maximum water depth is one foot, making it a safe and fun choice for the youngest in the family.

Caribbean Water Works: Another choice for younger children is this water park with zero-depth water line. Tipping buckets, which safely drench little ones with hundreds of gallons of water, are one of the seven different features of this attraction at Golfland/Sunsplash, Mesa, AZ.

Master Blaster Water Coaster: This twisting and turning roller coaster slide is one of the park’s top highlights. You won't want to miss it! Kids over 48 inches tall will love the blast of water which takes them up and down through the slide into the awaiting pool at the bottom.

Shipwreck Rock Slides and Buccaneers Bend Activity Pool:  Try these soft, shorter slides into the Activity Pool. The Activity Pool has activities such as the Lilly Pad obstacle course or water basketball.  The Golfland/Sunsplash, Mesa, AZ pools are some of the best in the entire state of Arizona.

Endless River:  The Endless River is perfect for those who just want to relax while they lounge and float along the water. Catch a refreshing spray of cool water from the Leaky Barrel Works while you float along this 800-foot river ride.

Sunsplash Snack Bar: Hungry swimmers, sliders and floaters will find plenty to choose from at this full service snack bar at Golfland/Sunsplash, Mesa, AZ. Try a delicious burger, charbroiled to order, or a juicy hot dog, strips of crunchy chicken or the fantastic chili-cheese French fries!




Mesa Golfland Sunsplash Ticket Prices

Golfland/Sunsplash, Mesa, AZ has a range of ticket prices to fit every family budget. Both the Golfland and Sunsplash parks feature specials for day and evening fun.  

SUNSPLASH TICKET PRICES

Full price admission for adults & students over 48" tall costs $25.90 at the gate. Tickets for kids under 48 inches cost $19.90. Toddlers, age two and under, can splash all day for $2.78. Seniors, age 55 or up, can enjoy SunSplash for $19.90.

SUNSPLASH DISCOUNTS AND DEALS
While the water park's prices are quite reasonable, there are several good ways that you can get admission even cheaper! The park's own list of specials includes the following:

1.) Sunsplash online discount tickets: If you purchase your tickets at home from the park's website, you can take advantage of their print-at-home special. Online, each General Admission ticket (adults & kids over 48" tall) costs only $19.90. In other words, you save $6 just for planning ahead! 2.) Rock N’ Ride Slides and SunSplash Night Splash admission: Evening sessions at the Mesa, AZ SunSplash cost less than daytime rates. On Thursday evenings, the Rock N Slide event costs only $14.67. Friday & Saturday evening sessions cost $19.90 for all ages.

3.) Season Passes are the best deal for frequent guests: If you enjoy lots of fun in the sun, you can visit SunSplash Mesa for as many days as you'd like during the 2010 operating season---for only $73.35. Another bonus is that you get one coupon in June and another one in August so that you can bring a friend with you at a mega-discount price! One downside, however, is that season passes are NOT good at some of the evening events (like Rock N Splash.)

4.) Big Thunder Ticket & Meal Deal: The Big Thunder Family deal is perfect for a family of four, providing four tickets for admission and meals. This package costs $79.99, which is a 50 percent savings over buying individual tickets & lunch. (Notes: valid Mondays thru Thursdays only; must be purchased online.)

5.) Golfland-Sunsplash newsletter discounts: It's important to sign up for the park's email newsletter when you visit the Mesa Golfland website. (Don't be afraid to sign up. They don't stuff your mailbox with junk; you'll only get their email when they have something important to tell you.) You'll get news about park events and discounts...like the dates of the annual Early Bird Season Pass Special.

6.) Facebook discounts: If you're a Facebook user, you should "like" Mesa Golfland Sunsplash. You'll hear about discounts...and if you ask a question about the discounts, a park rep will answer you!


MESA GOLFLAND TICKET PRICES

It's free to enter Golfland. You can pay for as few activities...or as many...as you like. Depending on the activity you select, the individual prices range from about $5 to $8 each.

MESA GOLFLAND DISCOUNTS AND DEALS

1.) Golfland Fun Pass savings: If you'd like to try out several different activities, it will be cheaper if you purchase an all-inclusive pass. You may enjoy a full day’s unlimited access to Golfland for $21.05 online (for guests 58"+ tall) or purchase a Junior Fun Pass for only $16.46 online (for guests under 58 inches in height.) The Junior Fun Pass includes a full day of mini golf and laser tag. The Regular Fun Pass includes both of those activities, plus go karts and bumper boats.

2.) Wednesdays are Family Night and $11.00 buys unlimited video, golf, and laser tag from 7 pm to 10 pm.
