As you can tell by the photos, some of the first businesses to open include the Harkins Theater, Paradise Bakery & Cafe, Christopher & Banks clothing, C J Banks plus-size clothing, New York & Company, Victoria's Secret, Coldwater Creek and Kay Jewelers. The Happy Valley Towne Center & the Norterra shopping center are located directly to the east side of Interstate 17 at the Happy Valley Road exit. You won't be able to miss seeing them. Nor will you be able to get lost! The combination of easy-off, easy-on-again freeway access, plus the well-rounded list of stores and restaurants that the Happy Valley Towne Center & Norterra Mall have to offer give visitors just the right place for taking a rest break.
