There's a short period at the beginning of each year (just after the Christmas holiday season is over) that Sea World is closed. But, fortunately, that short break is only about 2 months long...and the other 10 months of the time, San Antonio residents and visitors may enjoy fun Shamu shows, exciting roller coasters, and a myriad of other Sea World Texas attractions almost any time they please.Some months of the year, SeaWorld San Antonio operates "weekends only." This part-time schedule is usually found in the Spring and Fall months. Other times during the year, Sea World San Antonio operates daily...and lengthens its open hours, too! This year, Sea World San Antonio began its 2010 operating season on Saturday, February 27th! And what an exciting way to begin, too---Jack Hanna was a special opening-weekend guest, and he gave 2 shows a day on both 2/27 and 2/28. What a great way to kick of the season! SeaWorld San Antonio's schedule stays in part-time mode for a few months...then daily operations begin in June! 2010 Hours of Operation at SeaWorld San AntonioHours for April, 2010Spring's here...and along with warmer weather, SeaWorld San Antonio's hours increase! Although the park still doesn't operated daily this month, SeaWorld WILL be open every Friday, Saturday & Sunday...plus a few other days near the Easter holiday, too.Water park-lovers have reason to smile--because almost every day that the theme park is open, the Lost Lagoon water park is open, too! Here are the April, 2010 hours of operation at Sea World San Antonio: Thursday, April 1st: No it isn't an April Fool's Day joke---SeaWorld San Antonio really IS open today! Theme park hours are 10 am to 6 pm; the Lost Lagoon water park is closed. Friday & Saturday, April 2 & 3: SeaWorld San Antonio will open at 10 am both of these dates, and close at 9 pm. The water park's opening time is at 11 am & closing time is at 7 pm. Sunday, April 4th: SeaWorld San Antonio IS open on Easter Sunday. Because JUNE is the first month this year that the park is open daily!Not only is the park open EVERY day, but longer hours are in effect, as well. AND, Sea World San Antonio's special nighttime shows are also being held every night that the park is open until 9 pm or later. AND, the Lost Lagoon water park is open every day in June (with the exception of only 3 dates: June 1st, 2nd and 3rd.) Wow, what a great month to visit Sea World San Antonio! Here are the San Antonio SeaWorld hours of operation for June, 2010: EVERY OTHER SUNDAY, MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY IN JUNE: Every Sunday in June...and every weekday except June 1, 2 & 3...Sea World San Antonio's opening time is at 10 am & its closing time is at 9 pm. EVERY SATURDAY IN JUNE: Saturdays get especially long hours this summer! Every Saturday in June, the theme park will open at 10 am and won't close until 10 pm! LOST LAGOON WATER PARK HOURS: SeaWorld's water park...which is included FREE with your theme park admission...will be open every day of June except Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, June 1, 2 & 3. However, the water park portion of Sea World opens later than the rest of the theme park...and closes earlier, too. SUNDAYS AND WEEKDAYS, the Lost Lagoon water park at Sea World will open at 11 am and close at 7 pm. EVERY SATURDAY IN JUNE, Sea World's water park opens at 11 am and closes at 8 pm. Seaworld San Antonio Schedule, July 2010Seaworld San Antonio hours in July are at their longest this month! No matter what day you choose to go, you can be sure that the park will be open from 10 am to at least 9 pm. And on other days (such as Saturdays, and the 4th of July weekend,) SeaWorld San Antonio will close even later...at 10 pm. Plenty of special evening shows! SeaWorld Texas is also offering its fullest schedule of entertainment every day in July! Special nighttime shows can keep you busy at the park all day and all evening...so be sure to check the daily schedule as you enter the park to make your plans. AND, the Lost Lagoon water park is open EVERY DAY this month, too. (Bring your swim suits; SeaWorld's water park is INCLUDED in your admission price!) Here are the Sea World San Antonio operating hours for July, 2010: Friday, Saturday and Sunday, July Fourth Weekend: The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th of July, Sea World San Antonio will be opening at 10 am and closing at 10 pm. SATURDAYS in July (3, 10, 17, 24, and 31): All Saturdays in July, Sea World San Antonio is scheduled to be open at 10 am, and is scheduled to close at 10 pm. All other WEEKDAYS AND SUNDAYS not mentioned above: Seaworld opens at 10 am and closes at 9 pm on every weekday and Sunday. Seaworld San Antonio Hours, August 2010Sea World San Antonio summer hours are coming to an end in August. The park will be open daily for most of the month, and should have hours plenty long enough to where you should have no trouble seeing everything. At the beginning of August, SeaWorld closes at 9 or 10 pm, then by the end of the month, it closes as early as 6 pm. Sunday August 1st through Friday August 6th and Sunday the 8th: Sea World Texas will be open at 10 am and will be closed at 9 pm. Saturdays in August: Sea World San Antonio will be opening at 10 am and will close at 10 pm the 7th and the 14th, and at 8 pm on the 21st and the 28th. Monday to Friday, August 9th-13th, and 16th-20th: SeaWorld San Antonio will open at 10 am and will close at 6 pm. Sunday August 15, 22 and 29: The park opens at 10 am and closes at 8 pm on the 15th and at 6 pm on the 22nd and 29th. Days Sea World San Antonio will be closed: Sea World will be closed weekdays starting on Monday August 23rd.
