Tilly's is a hot store for finding cool surf & skate-style clothing.

Tilly's began with one Southern California store 25 years ago...and has been expanding into surrounding states at an ever-quickening pace due to its success. Why do people like shopping at Tilly's?

First and foremost, the chain offers popular trends from surf & skatewear's best brands...like Billabong, Quiksilver, Roxy, DC Shoes, Rip Curl, Volcom and several dozen others. You're offered the best styles from each label. (If there's one particular brand you like best, you'll find a better selection of that label in it's own "home" store. For example, Roxy makes some of the cutest handbags on the market, but you won't find nearly as good a selection at Tilly's as you will at one of the rare Roxy stores, or at Roxy.com. But, if you prefer a selection of brands over just one line, heading to Tilly's is a better bet.)

Secondly, Tilly's is popular because it goes out of its way to have something for everyone. Both guys and girls can shop at Tilly's. Many different figure shapes can shop at Tilly's; sizes for girls run from XS through XL (about 13-15 junior) and for guys, some clothing runs up to size XXL. Tween sizes can be found at Tilly's, as well. While not every style comes in every size, it's great to know that Tilly's is NOT one of the stores which seems to take glee in turning away customers with more rounded figures.

Third, Tilly's clothing falls into the "moderate" price range. Sure, you'll find a range of prices at Tilly's stores, with some items being more expensive than others. But, generally speaking, Tilly's offers popular styles without making the customers gasp when they reach for their wallets. And another plus---there always seems to be something marked down. So far, there's only one Tilly's store in the entire state of Colorado. However, this popular chain is expanding faily rapidly. You can expect more Colorado stores to open within the next year or two.

The one Tilly's location in CO is at Aurora's Southlands Mall. This open-air shopping center is huge, but the Tilly's store is easy to find: its directly on Main Street. Head towards the Southlands Cinemas down main street and you can't miss it! (You can see a picture of the Southland's Tilly's store to your right.)
